114 Castlemain Circle is conveniently situated within easy drive of all world famous theme parks such as, DisneyWorld, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Epcot, as well as the old town of Kissimmee which has its own charm and character, especially on a Friday night when the local car club gets together for their display of classic and contemporary hot rods. Combined with this, a live band is always performing in the square. For those more adventurous who would like to get away from the hype and razzamatazz, there are several world class beaches to be discovered and within easy drive of the villa. Some, I will mention below:
is on the East coast and within an hour’s drive away. This being the Atlantic Ocean, it is superb for those wanting to try a bit of surfing and enjoy the laidback atmosphere.
is on the West coast, set in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This is approximately an hour & 50 minutes drive away but is well worth a visit. The sand is as white as snow and the sea is turquoise blue. You can choose to just chill on the beach or maybe take a boat trip to view jumping whales and dancing dolphins.
is the next town just before Clearwater and has all the benefits of Clearwater but with a lively, cosmopolitan feel. Here you will find the famous Bushe Gardens as well as marinas, boardwalks, numerous bars and cafes where you can enjoy locally caught shellfish such as prawn and lobster.
is on the East coast and is probably the most famous and well known of all the beaches. It can be very busy in high season due to its popularity but don’t be put off as there is lots more to do here than just the beach. You have the world famous Daytona Raceway, as well as local attractions and rides.
Cape Canaveral (Kennedy Space Centre) National Seashore
is an hour and 10 minutes drive from the villa. Why not try your hand at being an astronaut for the day at the Cape Canaveral Visitors Centre? You could take a look at the Challenger II Rocket which is HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE!!!!
A trip to Florida is not complete without taking a trip on an airboat speeding over the Everglades and catching a glimpse of the local prehistoric alligators.
